A Founder With Passion

In 2004, I experienced a sudden personal loss that changed my perspective on life and work. I decided to live my values more fully, prioritize time with my family and build a company that helps organizations create more functional and productive workplaces.

Within a few months, I left my longtime position at a renowned Leadership Development firm and founded MaxPeople, a company where “work-life balance” is more than a catchphrase. Almost two decades later, our purpose remains the same: to help people in business be more focused, happy and productive at work and in life.
