Leading with Confidence and Presence

During this session, managers will be guided through the journey of discovering their unique leadership presence and how it can be translated to a virtual world. With the shift from in-person to online, many managers have been struggling to garner the same results from their people.

This session will explore the importance of structuring your video calls and putting extra effort into ensuing your message is clear and concise all while keeping a pulse on your virtual audience.
