Participants will have the opportunity to analyze how conflict arises in the workplace and how it can be diffused with the appropriate response. Learn how to recognize the root causes of interpersonal conflicts in the workplace, and how to resolve them effectively.
Participants will benefit by having a better understanding of their preferred conflict handling style, and will be better equipped to manage disputes/disagreements promptly and effectively.
